The second book in The Women of Rose Hill series -- The Widow of Rose Hill -- releases February 2018. I know that sounds like a long way off, but it'll be here before we know it! :D

Have a fabulous day!
~MMichelle Shockleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07185210037214810054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4152993422177131287.post-42035519246225157102017-05-28T11:38:56.896-05:002017-05-28T11:38:56.896-05:00I can't wait for your new book. This book has both although the comments suggest they are highly edited. I'll check it out further.Sylvia A. It has the same type of narratives as found in I Was Born in Slavery. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BR4N2M6/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1

Blessing to you and on your writing!
~MichelleMichelle Shockleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07185210037214810054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4152993422177131287.post-11808091096332045052017-04-27T12:13:25.547-05:002017-04-27T12:13:25.547-05:00Michelle, I've been researching this very topi...Michelle, I've been researching this very topic for my current WIP except for Tennessee. I found your post interesting. I cannot imagine how anyone could buy and sell another human being. Unfortunately, the events of the 1860s did not end it. Human trafficking still happens today. Sometimes I think we're just as blind to it today as our ancestors once were.Sylvia A. Nashhttp://sylviaanash.comnoreply@blogger.com
