Here is the link to a story about a high school student who sued his teacher for making derogatory comments about Christian beliefs. Quite frankly, I'm amazed he won. Of course, the worst of the teacher's comments were thrown out of court--that's no surprise--but one was found to be a violation of the student's first amendment rights.
Way to go, Chad Farnan! You stood up for your rights! You stood up for Christ! Good for you!!!!!
