COVER AND TITLE REVEAL!

Drumroll, please!

I'm thrilled to reveal the COVER and TITLE of my next historical split-time novel!

Isn't she gorgeous?!

Much thanks to the fabulous design team at Tyndale House Publishers for this absolutely stunning cover! I can't wait to share this book with readers later this year, but for now, here's a little sneak peek at the storyline.

                         ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
TULLAHOMA, TENNESSEE
1942
Ava must put her life back together after her husband is killed at Pearl Harbor. A job at Camp Forrest provides income, but it also puts her in contact with Enemy Aliens interned on the military installation. Can she trust the German medical student whose friendship means more to her than it should?
1969
Mattie ran away from the pain when her brother was killed in Vietnam. Now she’s back in Tullahoma facing another devastating loss. Yet it is the bundle of WWII letters Mama insists she reads that makes her question everything she thought she knew about herself.
Congrats! What a beautiful cover! I can hardly wait to read this. I love everything about the cover, but her hairstyle & hair color appeal to me the most!
I like that we don't see her face so it is up to your descriptions and our imaginations!! I also love the letter that is in opaque over the clouds in the background.
Love the cover!! The faded letter over the background was a great idea! I also like not seeing her face. And the red jacket! 😍
It’s beautiful! Even before reading the description I thought it might be a war story. Really looking forward to it!
I love the bright colors! The red is stunning. I always like when the cover doesn't show the face. My favorite thing is the faint letter in the background! I can't wait to read it!
I like that it hints that it’s a split time novel because she is looking over her shoulder. Fabulous color choices, also!
I love the faded letter in the background. I love that she is looking away or back at something. Gives the sense that she is leaving something behind.
It’s a beautiful cover, all of your book covers are! I love the red jacket and her hairstyle, makes me feel like I’m traveling back in time! Love the little hint of how important the letters will be as they’re in her hands and faintly in the background. So excited to read it, I discovered you just the beginning of this year and have already devoured all your books! I can’t even count how many times I’ve recommended your books to people already! Sharing this with my sister now, she will be just as excited!!
The cover is beautiful and captures your attention immediately. I love the deep red of her coat and the faded letter in the background.
I love red! And I love when a character is looking away, but I can tell the time period by her dress.
I absolutely love the writing in the background and how it doesn't distract from the beautiful cover. Also, I'm in *love* with the red coat with the blue skies--the colors compliment each other so wonderfully!
Just about everything on this cover is my favorite!!
I have to pick one thing??? I love it all and I know the story behind the cover will be even more amazing!!! The red on the dress really pops and the subtle writing in the back is a cool touch.
I love the red! This cover is definately one of those books that I would pick off the shelf to see if it would be something I would read! Can't wait for it to come out!
I love it, love it, love it! The red is so eye catching, and I like that it’s not just the back of a woman walking away. WWII books have a tendency to all be women in hats walking away, but this one is extra special. I also love the letter superimposed on the background. It’s all fantastic!
This is a cover that I would head straight for in a book store! I especially love her hairstyle and her beautiful red suit! I’m so excited to read this book when it is released! I love time split stories!
I love the colors on the book. The blues and then the red of her dress stands out. In the surface level, I love how she is looking back toward the beautiful sky and clouds. In a deeper level the looking back makes me think of times of reflection.
I don’t know why it turned out “anonymous”. Haha. Me and tech. But that is my comment, Michelle
My favorite thing about the cover is seeing your name on a new book cover! All your books have been fantastic and so I know this one will be as well. Congrats!
I love the contrast in colors and the way a letter is written through the blue sky!
I love the faint lettering in the background and also that the woman is looking over her shoulder. This is a great cover. Really looking forward to reading the book.
The letter she is holding and the letter writing faded in the background has me thinking a letter is going to be a key element in the story. Great cover
I love the red suit and also the faint writing in the background. It sounds like another great book.
I like the way she is looking over her shoulder. I’ve enjoyed all your other books. Keep up the great work.
Gloria Wyatt said...
I love how she appears to be pondering over the letters held in her hand.
Lisa Garrity said...
I love that she wears red which stands out as an attention getter. We also can't see her face and so we have to sort of fill in the rest through our imaginations like what her features look like and what her expression is with regard to what she is feeling. I really like the premise of the story. When is the pre-order available?
The cover is simply amazing! I love everything about it. The red pop of color, the writing in the sky, how she’s looking back while running away. I can’t wait to read it!
Okay, the anonymous post above was from me. 🤣 I didn’t realize I needed to type in my name. Sorry!
